1. When can I submit my abstract?
The abstract submission for EYE-2021 starts on October 2020. You can submit your abstracts till January 15, 2021 to be reviewed for the presentation.
2. How do I make the submission of my abstract?
You can submit your abstract online or send it to the conference secretary through email to
contact@floridaeye2020.net
3. When will I get the notification if my abstract has been rejected or accepted?
The notification regarding the status of your abstract will be sent to you within a week.
4. Do I need to register to present my abstract?
The presenting author and the attending co-authors must be registered for the conference to confirm their presentation
5. Are grants available?
Based on the submitted work and the research profile, grants might be provided to partially cover the registration and/or accommodation charges for the attending authors.
6. Can I withdraw the accepted abstract?
You can withdraw your abstract before a week to the conference dates. The withdrawal application must be received in written format from the author
7. Can changes be made to the submitted abstracts?
You can make small modifications to the submitted abstract which will be reviewed again by the committee
